I have visited this Keg several times usually every 3-4 months on average and the food is always great as well as the service. Tonights meal and service were beyond disappointing. The prime rib was chewy and cold, the service was terrible. The bill was wrong we were charged for items we never received and took three times by our waitress to get it right and even then it was stil showig an appetizer we never ordered. After expressing our concerns to our waitress about our overall service and asked to see the Manager he never materialized and when we questioned the waitress she stated she told him but he didn't come over. We saw her speaking with him on a couple of ocassions and when she was trying to correct our bill.Considering when we choose to go out we choose the Keg for its consistency and good food and sevice this meal at $284.00 plus change was a huge disappointment. We were given a credit on our bill for two appetizers even though we only ordered one. In other words charged for two and credited for two but only received one appetizer. Even more of a disappointment was the Managers lack of customer service and unwillingness to come and see us. I will not revisit this location or recommend it to anyone. par Sue GK
